Group Logs
Track Roblox group member joins, rank changes, and leaves with automatic Discord notifications and role pings.
Overview
The Group Logs system monitors your Roblox groups and sends notifications to Discord when members join, leave, or change ranks. This is perfect for keeping track of staff promotions, member activity, and group changes without manually checking the group.

Configuration Options
Log Message Format
Group logs are sent as formatted Discord embeds with a timestamp and a "Group Logs System" footer. The player name links to their Roblox profile and the group name links to the group page. When role pings are triggered, the role mention appears as plain content above the embed.

⬆️ Rank Promotion
⬇️ Rank Demotion
↔️ Rank Change
Sent when a member's rank ID changes but doesn't clearly resolve to a promotion or demotion. This case is never eligible for role pings.
Role pings for promotions and demotions only fire when the change crosses the configured threshold rank — a promotion from rank 1 to rank 2 won't ping if the threshold is rank 5, but rank 4 to rank 6 will.
Member Count Limits
Each group has a maximum of 1,000 members per plan. If a group exceeds this limit:
- Logging will be automatically paused for that group
- The dashboard will show a "⚠️ Limit Exceeded" status
- You'll need to either upgrade your plan or remove members to resume logging
Troubleshooting
Logs not appearing in Discord
- Verify the Discord channel ID is correct
- Ensure the bot has permission to send messages in that channel
- Check that the group member count is under 1,000
- Confirm the group is enabled in the dashboard
Role pings not working
- Verify the ping role ID is correct
- Ensure the threshold rank ID is set properly
- Check that the bot has permission to mention roles
- Confirm the relevant ping options are enabled
Group shows "Limit Exceeded"
- The group has over 1,000 members
- Logging is paused to prevent performance issues
- Consider upgrading your plan or managing group membership
